THE Durban Jazz Festival is set to take place at the Hazelmere Dam and Durban International Convention Centre on Tuesday, 26 December and Wednesday, 27 December.

The legendary Sipho "Hotstix" Mabuse promises music lovers an unforgettable experience when he gets on stage. He is among the artists who will entertain music lovers at Hazelmere Dam on Tuesday.

The line-up includes Zonke Dikana, Langa Mavuso, Ringo, Brenda Mthambo, Mafikizolo, Lwah Ndlunkulu, Zawadi Yamangu, Langa Mavuso and top DJs such as DJ Sbu, DJ Muntu and Dj Kotin.

Mabuse said: "Durban will be sizzling hot and music fans will be entertained and enjoy the festival by the dam."

Zawadi and Mavuso will perform for the first time at the festival.

Zamadi said Durban is for the celebration. "I can't wait to share the stage with the amazing artists performing. Music fans are in for the best treat of music."

On Wednesday, Zonke will lead the pack when she performs at the Durban International Convention Centre.

She will share the stage with the likes of Marcus Wyatt, Nduduzo Makhathini and Themba Lunacy.

Themba will keep music fans on the flow with his unique take on hip hop and acid jazz.
