JUB Jub's case has been postponed to April.
The 43-year-old singer and presenter briefly appeared in the Joburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 12 March. He was accompanied by his family members and his dad, Sydney Maarohanye who is always by his side.
Magistrate Betty Khumalo said the matter is still pending.
Khumalo said to Jub Jub's defence lawyer, Terrence Ntsako Baloyi, that last month he asked for an extension to revise his client's documents and now the matter was extended again as he asked for another extension for presentations.
"Mr Maarohanye, your case is still pending. We will have to postpone it again," she said.
Khumalo said she welcomes the extension for next month.
"Since your defence lawyer has asked for an extension, your matter has been postponed until 23 April," she said.
