TV PRESENTER and musician, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye (43), will be appearing in the Joburg Magistrates Court on Monday, 5 February.
The Ndikhokhele hitmaker made his last appearance on Monday, 11 December.
His case was postponed to Monday, 5 February after his defence lawyer Terrence Baloyi asked if it was possible to have it moved to the 6 February.
Baloyi also asked for documents regarding claims made against his client before court so they could have a look at them.
The magistrate told him he could only come on Monday, 5 February as she will be busy with court dates in January. And the only date she could give them was 5 February.
Magistrate Betty Khumalo told Baloyi this was the only time they could be accommodated.
Jub Jub is facing multiple charges, including rape and assault.
In November, his case was postponed as the state needed more time to consult with the witnesses and complainants.
During the court proceedings, the magistrate argued with his representative Baloyi from Baloyi Ntsako Attorneys that they couldn't extend the dates further as this should be their priority.
He was also asked if this was a matter of life and death but said it was about his music tour. In October, Baloyi asked for an adjournment so he could consult and study the docket further.
