AMAPIANO star Mfana Kah Gogo said life has many different stages.
He believes that those who are in their second stage in life should help the ones who are in their first stage.
The 19-year-old musician said he lost his parents when he was young, and others helped him to become a musician and finish his matric.
Now, he's a well-known musician and said he's in the second episode of his life and giving back to those who are still in their first episode.
Mfana Kah Gogo, whose real name is Sipho Mbonambi, has started his foundation called The Episode because he believes that life has episodes.
He has started a campaign to donate school uniforms, sanitary pads, and food to less fortunate rural pupils.
He began by donating school shoes amounting to R30 000 to his former school, Fundinduku Secondary School, on Friday, 2 February in Pinetown, Durban.
Mfana Kah Gogo told Daily Sun that it’s an ongoing programme where he'll visit the disadvantaged schools in rural areas and donate.

“I was studying in a rural school, and I know their struggle. I know the government is supporting schools, but it's not enough.
“At the moment, I have two sponsors, which are the Hollywood Foundation and Hyundai Pinetown. But I've applied for sponsorship to many places because I want to help pupils at the school,” he said.
He said during his school visits, he'll also teach young boys to respect girls.
“We will also donate sanitary pads to restore the dignity of young girls and let them understand that menstruation is not a shame, but it's part of their life,” he said.
Mfana Kah Gogo’s manager, Bheko Sokhela told Daily Sun that they're still discussing which school they'll visit next week.
“We have about 50 schools who invited us, and we're still checking the underprivileged ones to visit,” he said.
