KHULISO Muvhango from Ndzelele Village in Limpopo has made his area proud.
The Muvex Drilling founder was awarded the JCI South Africa's Creative Young Entrepreneur award.
The annual competition was held at the Munyaka Estate Waterfall, Midrand on Saturday, 9 March. The aim of the competition is to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of young people.
Khuliso expressed gratitude for the recognition, viewing it as a platform for young visionaries to showcase groundbreaking ideas.
"This is overwhelming indeed as it's a great opportunity because now we're getting exposure, and it gives us the courage to keep on helping our people. I believe that Muvex Drillsets commitment to excellence and creativity sets us apart," he said.
Muvex Drilling's primary objective is to provide ordinary citizens access to clean running water.

The young leader's desire to see positive change in people's lives and the creation of jobs is his motivation.

"We've also donated boreholes to disadvantaged communities alongside our partners," he said.
Khuliso encouraged young people to leverage their resources to establish their own companies.
"They need to start their own businesses because it's the only way to eradicate poverty," he said.
