UKHOZI FM presenter Bheka "Beekay" Mchunu has passed away.
The presenter died on Tuesday, 12 March.
TV personality Linda Sibiya also shared a heartfelt condolence message on his X handle.
Linda told Ukhozi FM listeners that Mchunu's family and friends are painful to him as he lost a brother and a friend.
One of the producers at the station also confirmed the news to Daily Sun.
They said they would release a statement in the morning regarding his death.
He hosted the Kanye Nawe show, airing from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.
The show aired from Monday to Friday every weekday.
Beekay was the founder and director of KZN Matric Excellence.

In 2021, the presenter collapsed at work.
According to the report, he fell and was rushed to hospital.
Beekay was taken off air for three weeks to recuperate.
The cause of his death is still unknown.
Beekay's radio profile has risen steadily over the past years, notably from Durban Youth Radio.
This is where he was doing a late-night show called Lovers Nest on weekdays.
He then moved to Izwi Lomzansi community radio station, where he first did the breakfast show and the afternoon drive later.
The presenter was part of the team that saw this KZN community radio station moving to the number one rank in the province.
