GANGSTER WOMAN: Marry me or die baba

accreditation

WHEN HE met the woman he fell in love immediately – but it turned out she was no ordinary girlfriend.

“She told me she’s a gangster and she and her friends do evil crimes,” said the man.

“I KNOW HER DARK SECRETS – AND IT COULD COST ME MY LIFE!”

The 50-year-old man from Tembisa, Ekurhuleni said he met the woman on social media in April this year and fell in love.

By July she began telling him her secrets.

“Then I began fearing for my life when she told me I can’t end things with her or they will have to kill me,” said the man.

He said after the girlfriend realised that he feared her, she began to assault him.

“I didn’t open a case because I feared for my life,” he said.

“When I asked her about the people she hangs out with, all hell broke loose. She started to beat me up. That’s when I knew I needed to walk away from this relationship.”

He said after he decided to leave her in August, he hasn’t been free. He said he always felt like there were people following him.

“I got a protection order against her but that made her even more angry. She texted me and warned me that the police must look after me.”

Daily Sun has seen the protection order. The man claimed the woman told him to marry her or he’d die.

“I had no option but to go into hiding. She is a bully and a gangster.” He said the protection order didn’t make him feel any safer.

“I tried to open a case against her with the police, but I was told to go back to the magistrates court with the protection order so they can issue a warrant of arrest against her.”

The girlfriend told Daily Sun her boyfriend was seriously looking for trouble.

“He’s testing me. He wants to see what I can do,” she said.

“Go ahead and print the story. I’m not going to take him to court. I have no comment about what he told you. You can write whatever you like, I don’t care.”

The spokesman for the Commission of Gender Equality, Javu Baloyi, said: “If he feels that the police are not helping him he can contact us as soon as possible. The longer he waits, the worse it gets. Something terrible might happen,” he said.

Baloyi said the man could call them on 012 341 6090 and they’d speed up the process.

Police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo said he must go to the police station and open a case of intimidation.
