GORDON Matwetwe Muningi (50) and Tebogo Rufus Thutlwa (48) are set to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates Court on Monday, 15 April.
The two are linked to the murder of Dr Michael Isabelle, who was shot and murdered in his surgery in Dobsonville, Soweto.
One of Isabelle's employees previously told Daily Sun she fears the accused might get bail.
“The announcement of the proper bail application made me numb. It made me feel as if the accused will be granted bail. We will have to hear from the court why they would consider allowing these people to even apply for bail,” said the employee.

She said the employees have lost so much.
In another case, a man who was sick of allegedly being bullied by his sister will appear in the Daveyton Magistrates Court on Monday, 15 April.
The man had allegedly applied for a protection order. It seems the woman was angry about the protection order, which barred her from going anywhere near their family home in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni.
She allegedly forced her way into the yard on Thursday, 28 March and started threatening her brother with a knife. The woman, who was renting a place somewhere else, allegedly charged at her brother with a knife and started swearing at him.
The ex-husband of slain teacher, Palesa Mofokeng, is expected to appear in the Vereeniging Magistrates Court on Monday afternoon, 15 April.
Tumelo Raymond Ntholeng (34) will appear alongside his three co-accused, Mzwanele Mazeke, (36), Jabulani Thabethe (38) and Pakiso Makhanya (39), to face a murder charge.
The four appeared briefly in the same court on Friday morning, 5 April, where their case was postponed to 15 April.

The controversial asbestos roof removal corruption pre-trial is expected to resume in the Free State High Court today, 15 April.
Former ANC secretary general, Ace Magashule, prominent businessman Edwin Sodi and former human settlement MEC Olly Mlamleli are among the 18 accused, including other companies, who face over 70 charges including corruption, money laundering, fraud, contravention of public finance Management Act.
This relates to the alleged irregular awarding of the R255 million asbestos roof removal contract in the Free State in October 2014.
The highly anticipated pre-trial has been postponed several times in the past. Magashule allegedly received a R1 million payment between during 2015/2016.
In the interview with Daily Sun at Selelekela Seconday School in Phuthaditjhaba, Magashule argued that the state has no case against him.
Magashule was the Free State premier when asbestos wasn't removed from more than 30 000 houses after R255 million was allegedly spent.
