"I’ve just been listening and consuming a lot of music lately. I’ve got a playlist I’ve been putting together and listening to with some of my favourite new songs,” said the star, whose real name is Zakhele Madida.

"People can expect a world class dance set experience. It’ll be a memorable event that I think people won’t want to miss," he said.

"I’ve already got my outfit ready, so I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone out there.”

The Imali hitmaker said he will give the crowd a taste of his new music.

"I’ll be releasing my final studio album, Abantu, later this year. There are also some other features and collaborations that I’m excited to be a part of,” he said.

His message to young musicians is that they must unapologetically chase their dreams.

"Make sure you take the time out to master your craft. I believe dreams delayed are not dreams denied because you just never know when your breakthrough will come," Zakes said.
