POPULAR comedian Stopnonsons' case has been postponed yet again.
The comedian, whose real name is Tumi Matila, is facing two counts of assault and one of pointing an object resembling a firearm.
The 32-year-old Joburg-based comedian was seen wearing a white T-shirt and looking calm before court proceeded.
During the court proceedings, Magistrate Louise Etchell postponed the matter to Wednesday, 8 May, due to absenteeism from the two complainants.
"The matter has been postponed for mediation between the complaint and the accused. This matter will have another additional postponement," she said.
State prosecutor Miss Chiloane said the state requested a postponement as the complainants were not in court even after being requested to be in court.

She said they would ask the investigating officer to check their whereabouts.
The magistrate said the comedian must be on time and still honour his bail conditions for his next appearance.
She said failure to do so would result in him being arrested and his bail conditions revoked.
The comedian allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Thando Ngemane and her friend, Tsholofelo Kgosimotho, after a fall-out.
"You are required to be back in court on Wednesday, 8 May. Your bail has been extended and you must be in court on time," Etchell said to Matila who stood before the court.
The comedian was arrested and detained at the Honeydew Police Station on Tuesday, 7 August 2023 and was released on R2 000 bail.
When the SunTeam approached him for a comment after his court appearance, Stopnonsons ran away and didn't wish to comment.
