ACTOR and TV presenter Stopnonsons will be appearing in the Randburg Magistrates Court on Monday, 19 February.
On Monday, 4 December, the comedian made a brief appearance before court and his case was postponed for consultation.
The presenter, whose real name is Tumi Matila, is facing two counts of assault and one of pointing an object resembling a firearm.
During the court proceedings in December, Magistrate Louise Etchell said the 31-year-old is still out on bail and his bail conditions still stand.
She said failure to do so will result in him being arrested and his bail revoked.
This was after his defence lawyer asked for a postponement as she just received matter copies after his case was moved to court number five for trial.
The comedian allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Thando Ngemane and her friend Tsholofelo Kgosimotho.

In October, the case was delayed due to the investigating officer's death, and further investigations were mentioned on 12 October.
The comedian was arrested at the Honeydew Police Station on Tuesday, 7 August and he was released on R2 000 bail.
When the SunTeam approached him for comments after his appearance, the comedian hid himself with a brown envelope and remained silent.
