In August, the Joburg-based TV presenter was released on R2 000 bail.
The comedian was released because both complainants did not oppose his bail.
The state prosecutor said his bail conditions still stand. He must also not reach out to them via social media platforms or harass them in any form.
Stopnonsons was told not to interfere or intimidate them. The court said if he is found to have broken these rules, he will be taken back to jail and his bail conditions will be revoked.
