THE multi-talented screen and theatre actor Marosi Abraham Hlatshwayo (34) has set a milestone in the film industry.
He is now the managing director of Mntuyedwa Film Production and B- Mag TV scriptwriter and script supervisor behind the scenes.
Marosi was born and raised in Germiston , Katlehong Zonkezizwe Ext.3, but moved to Mpumalanga after the death of his father a few years ago.
He is a versatile star with special skills in singing, scriptwriting as well as being a professional boxer and martial and stunt artist with certificates in Intermediate Acting and Fine Arts in Theatre Arts.
His on-screen career began in 2016 in Thuli and Thulisa in the role of Sir, Lindani Mjezu- Maduna- Eyami Nawe.
He was seen in the production Soweto Gangster, played Themba Maseko in 2017 and Themba Letsoalo in Isidingo in 2017.
"I actually believe in storytelling and was inspired to become an actor after meeting another actor. Maybe it was when I saw a play in the 2nd grade. I remember learning to imitate celebrities and non-celebrities as a child. After seeing stories like Hercules Robbins Hoods in 8th grade, I started looking into acting," he said.
