MMAKOENA MOLEFE EXITS THE ESTATE IN SEPTEMBER 2022

MZANSI actress Dineo Langa has left The Estate Season 3.

This was confirmed yesterday, 20 July, after the Clive Morris Productions and The Estate Season 3 released a statement regarding Dineo’s exit.

Dineo is said to be leaving the show to pursue other on-screen interests.

The statement reads: “S3 and Clive Morris Productions announce that the character of Mmakoena Molefe, played by TV personality Dineo Langa, will be on air until late September 2022 in the third season of this popular telenovela.

“After this, she will exit the show for the remainder of the season. Dineo is leaving the show to pursue other on-screen interests.

“While it will be sad to see her leave our Estate family, we wish her all the best with her upcoming projects.

“We would like to thank Dineo for the incredible work she did on the first three seasons to bring Mmakoena into the hearts and homes of S3 viewers.”

Dineo, who has been with the show for all three seasons playing her character Mmakoena so well, will be on the screen until late September.

The Estate is a gripping premium daily drama that probes the hot topical issues on every South African’s lips: land, identity, corruption, patronage, money, power, class and equality.

The drama series is doing all this through a colourful mix of South African families who live in the luxury Echelon Estate and the neighbouring community in Thembalethu township.
