COMEDIAN Robby Collins says he gets his strength from God and his family to continue his work.
Robby is best known for opening for Trevor Noah's shows Day Walker and Nationwild, doing his own one-man shows, doing stand-up comedy on the Netflix show Only Jokes Allowed and more.
The stand-up comedian and actor told Daily Sun that his inspirations have helped him get to where he is now.
He said he always appreciates where he is in life.
"It's important to savour the moments and be grateful for what I have," he said.
Collins said to be a good comedian, you have to have feelings.

"You need to be sad. You need to be angry and that’s what makes you turn it into comedy. Most good jokes are actually sad, if you listen to the subject matter, it’s really sad," he said.
He said their job as comedians is to enlighten people.
"Right now, the world needs light and comedy are important because we can’t live without laughter," he said.
Robby has been in the industry for 15 years and said he's grateful for everyone who has invested in him.
"I thank my mum, my family and my friends for their understanding and support. This beautiful art form has saved my life," Robby said.
He counted working with Trevor and American comedian Dave Chappelle among the biggest highlights of his career.
He said he has a new show that will air on Amazon Prime in February 2024.
"I'll be traveling to New York and will be continuing with my stand-up comedy," he said.
