BRUTAL Fruit Spritzer launches The SheBeen, a women-only bar in Soweto.
It is the first of its kind and is located in the RockerFella Tavern. The shebeen is an exclusive pop-up initiative to celebrate women.
Ladies attended the launch dressed in pink, danced and celebrated being women.
The bar aims to provide a safe space for women to have fun.

The acting head, Candice van der Bosch said: "This is She-been … with special emphasis on 'She' because it's a play on words.
"It's a place for She to be, for She to be celebrated on National Women's Month. For She to be free and unapologetically herself, authentically herself and a place for her to belong."
She said the idea for the event came from social listening as women shared online their desire for a place and experiences just for women.
Lerato Maphosa, manager of the bar, said they are making history.
“This is the first of its kind where we have a women-only facility where women can relax with their best friends without fear of being robbed and where we create a safe space for women," Lerato said.
The women were entertained with performances from DJ Zinhle and Busiswa.
One woman who attended the event, Jackie More, said that she enjoyed partying with only women.
“This is a great spot to be free and enjoy yourself without getting asked out. We love the attention from men but sometimes we just want to enjoy ourselves without men trying to hit on us,” she said.
