MESHACK'S CASE CLOSED

accreditation

THE FACTS

MESHACK Malatsi from Naledi in Soweto said he worked for Workforce Staffing for more than five years before they moved to Assign Services.

He only received provident fund payments from Assign Services and not from Workforce.

He was told he could not claim payment from Workforce as he was still working after he was
retrenched.

He wanted to claim his provident fund from Workforce.

WHAT I DID

I called the Road Freight Logistic Industry Provident Fund to get more information.

SOLUTION

The fund confirmed that
Meshack was paid for the period starting August 2003 until June 2016.
