HANDS OFF MY MONEY

accreditation

THE FACTS

MUSAWENKOSI Kraai from Midrand, Gauteng knew he had a serious problem when retail stores started calling him.

The stores claimed he owed them and said they would start deducting money from his bank account.

However, he does not have an account with any of the stores.

After he found out that he shares his identity details with somebody else, he tried to resolve the matter at Home Affairs. He also found out the person with the same name as his is in debt at Lewis Stores and a number of other shops.

Musawenkosi came to the SunDefender looking for legal advice because all his attempts to clear his name had failed.

WHAT I DID

I contacted all the stores and submitted documents to prove he does not owe the stores any money.

SOLUTION

Relieved Musawenkosi contacted SunDefender to confirm that money is no longer being debited from his bank account now and that his name has been cleared.
