INGREDIENTS
- Six manqinas or sheep trotters
- ½ onion, diced
- Two tomatoes, grated
- Two green or red chilli peppers, chopped
- Two teaspoons mild curry
- 500ml water
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the stove.
- Clean the manqinas with hot water and remove excess hair.
- Put them in a pot with water and boil.
- Add onion and grated tomato to the pot and boil for one hour and 30 minutes.
- When the water has been reduced, add chillis, salt and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve with pap. ENJOY!
