I WANT TO REWRITE MY MATRIC

accreditation

Dear Mizz B

My dad left us to live with another woman and he stopped providing for us. I was still at school at the time and I failed matric. This meant that I had to look for part-time jobs in order to help my mum financially. I do not have money, but I want to rewrite my matric.

Please help.

I applaud you for stepping up and taking over another man’s responsibility.

It is also great that you have an understanding that your education will free you and your family by giving you better opportunities. Your father is still liable to maintain his children. There are legal steps that you can take to ensure that he does that.

There are private colleges and high schools that you can attend to complete your matric.

It is also important for you to remember that you are not liable to make amends for your father’s mistakes.

You are your own person and you are responsible for the choices you make for your future. So be wise in these choices. For more information on this, send a “Please call me” to 083 323 1023.
