HE ALLEGEDLY hated his mother’s family so much he wanted to finish them off.

He allegedly shot his uncle Thobile Kubheka (44) eight times . . .

But he miraculously survived!

Then he allegedly pumped four bullets into his uncle’s wife Nesta (42), who died on the scene.

After he was bust, cops linked him to two attempted murder cases, where he had shot at but missed two men he allegedly accused of cheating with his lover.

The man is now behind bars, facing murder and attempted murder charges.

Thobile, from Endulwini section in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni, said he was healing but would never heal from losing his wife.

He had shared a plate of pap with the suspect.

“He is a cruel man who for many years has been fighting me, with the help of my sister, over a family house. I’m relieved he was bust.”

He said his nephew entered his house and just started shooting at him. Thobile was shot as he was trying to protect his family.

He kept his three kids out of harm’s way but his wife didn’t survive.

“There was no reason to kill her,” he said.

“She was not part of the fight I had with my sister.”

He said they still lived in fear because his sister threatened that she would burn their house down with the family in it.

“I didn’t know she would send her son to gun me down,” he said.

Captain Manyaza Ralidziba confirmed that a suspect was arrested.

The suspect appeared in the Tembisa Magistrates Court yesterday.

He will appear again on 10 July, said Ralidziba.
