Super talented musician, Vusi Nova has come to rescue of fellow singer, Kelly Khumalo, asking people to stop blaming her for the death of famous South Africans.

Since the death of Senzo Meyiwa in 2014 people on social media have resorted to blaming Kelly for his and the death of other public figures.

This is fueled by the fact that the country is yet to find out who is actually responsible for killing the soccer player.

In the court of public opinion, Kelly is the only one who knows the truth.

So every time a famous personality dies, people immediately begin the “Kelly is to blame” jokes.

People also go as far as to warn well-known personalities who are seen with Kelly, saying “RIP” in advance.

But Vusi Nova has come to her defense, asking people to spot blaming her for everything.

“I think that it’s sad that every time something happens to a celebrity in this country, they blame her. Even with Robbie Malinga people were attacking her, it’s ridiculous, she has nothing to do with this,” Vusi told Zalebs in an interview.

He also took the chance to clear the air over speculations that the two songbirds are in a relationship.

“There are people who think that we dating, she is a very good friend of mine, I’ve known her for a very long time, she’s been instrumental in my very first album cause she introduced me to my producer,” he said.
