On Sunday afternoon, TV personality, Pearl Modiadie took to social media to share a bible verse with her followers.
However, her good intentions were soon ridiculed as she became the laughing stock on social media.
It turns out that the bible verse Pearl tweeted is 'non-existent'.
"Above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it Proverbs 2:23", Pearl tweeted.
Proverbs chapter 2 doesn't have a verse 23. The verse Pearl quoted is found in Proverbs chapter 4 verse 23.
Pearl brushed it off by saying "get over it" to all those correcting her.
She further said: "Add the number 2 to the first number and you'll be sorted! Awkward? Not for me."
