THE gorgeous Andrea Fox is our 2015 SunBabe Of The Year!
The 21-year-old from Meadowlands, in Soweto, couldn’t believe it when she was crowned the winner out of 12 competitors from across Mzansi!
She was voted into the top three by you, along with the beautiful Nthabiseng Ntsweni (21), from Mpumalanga, who was the second runner-up, and Palesa Malaza(19), from Meadowlands, in Soweto, who took the third runner-up spot.
Andrea bagged herself a whopping R20 000 while the second and third runners-up each left with R5 000, make-up goodies from Black Opal cosmetics worth R1 500 each and five albums each from Sony Music, South Africa.
Speaking to Sunday Sun, Andrea said she felt relieved after being crowned the SunBabe of the Year.
“I worked very hard and had been asking people to vote for me. Even when I was doing my promotions, I asked clients to vote for me and I was also praying to take the crown.
“This is God’s work!” the excited winner said.
The sexy Andrea believes respect, confidence and believing in herself made her win the pageant.
When asked about her plans with her prize money, she said: “When I was interviewed for the August SunBabe, I promised to do a charity event.
“I’m going to cook for the less fortunate and give back to my community.”
Her advice to other young girls who want to become a SunBabe is they must believe in themselves and be different.
Before the crowning took place, our top three babes were treated to a pampering session at Candi & Co hair and beauty salon in Randburg, Jozi.
They received manicures and pedicures, make-up was done and their hair was styled to perfection.
The three then faced a panel of judges consisting of Sunday Sun editor, Prince Chauke, Daily Sun and Sunday Sun editor-in-chief, Reggy Moalusi, Daily Sun and Sunday Sun entertainment editor, Lerato Matsoso, celebrity make-up artist and actor, Iko Mash, Black Opal brand manager, Buyi Xaba, and 2014 SunBabe of the Year winner, Genieve Xaba, who handed her reign over to Andrea.
Andrea said she was extremely grateful to Sunday Sun for the opportunity and for being crowned.
