After the Carthage Eagles crashed out of the competition on Wednesday, the 52-year-old announced his time in his role is over.
The Tunisian, who has been in charge since 2022, told Mosaique FM that his contract required him to reach the semi-final of the tournament.
Kadri becomes the latest manager to leave his job after suffering a group-stage exit, with Ghana having parted ways with Chris Hughton earlier this week and Ivory Coast having sacked Jean-Louis Gasset.
Tunisia finished bottom of Group E after three matches, scoring only one goal, with third-placed Namibia, second-placed South Africa advancing alongside group winners Mali.
The North African giants are third in Africa's world rankings.
