With Kaizer Chiefs having been embarassingly dumped out of the Nedbank Cup round of 32 by Milford FC this past weekend, one club supporter has taken matters to an extreme amid calls on social media to boycott the upcoming Soweto Derby.
The story
Amakhosi hit an incredible new low on last Sunday, as they wrestled for 120 minutes with the NFD minnows Milford FC and lost 5-4 on penalties.
It certainly didn't help matters when it was revealed that many of the Milford players were students and some had full-time jobs, including the head coach Dr Xanti Pupuma, who is reportedly a full-time gynaecologist.

Chiefs now haven't won the competition since 2013, with their last appearance in the final coming in 2019, where they lost TS Galaxy, who were also in the NFD at the time.
The Glamour Boys are now set to go a ninth season without a trophy and some supporters have begun showing their deep frustrations over the situation. One supporter decided to cut the Chiefs home jersey as he seems to have lost all faith in the club.
With Cavin Johnson's side set to play their arch-rivals Orlando Pirates on 9 March, some Chiefs fans are now calling for a boycott of the Soweto Derby.
Do not attend the Soweto Derby. Do not go to stadiums!

Let them play in empty stadiums. Let's switch off our TV's when they play. They don't deserve our support.
I know we will be betrayed by branches. I hope we can cut them off until they take football serious @KaizerChiefs
Let me repeat myself. My fellow Kaizer Chiefs supporters please please if we want that team from Naturena to take us serious we need to boycott the Soweto Derby and rest of the remaing games. This will teach them a lesson. We need to speak in one voice makhosi amahle.
