A Banyana Banyana striker revealed some wholesome snaps on the weekend alongside her partner, which seemingly suggest that she recently attended a wedding. Here's a look.

The story

It is unclear whether or not the Racing Louisville centre-forward tied the knot this weekend, as she was spotted in a stunningly themed pink and navy outfit, which matched what her plus-one Abongile Dlani wore. She also wrote on her Instagram, saying: "She that finds a wife is blessed!" Nevertheless, it remains a beautiful mystery for now and we're sure to see more from the couple.

During this time, Kgatlana had already impressed at non-professional level and she was included in Banyana's 2017 COSAFA Women's Championship squad which won the competition in Zimbabwe. The pacy forward was named Player of the Tournament and in the aftermath of that, USA National Women’s Soccer League's club Houston Dash quickly snapped up the talented shooter, awarding her with her first professional contract.

The 26-year-old, who was set to complete her BA degree at the time, had former national team coach Vera Pauw to thank for the move as the tactician had been in charge of the US outfit during that period.

Since then, Kgatlana has gone on to enjoy a successful and well-traveled career, which has seen her represent clubs in China, Portugal, and Spain, most notably Atletico Madrid.
