While many Mamelodi Sundowns supporters will know of club legend Hlompho Kekana's bubbly personality despite his serious demeanor on the field, some fans will be surprised by how amusingly goofy the former playmaker is following one of his latest dance videos. Here's a look!
The story
The South African football legend is known for quite a number of things but being a funny character does not top that list. Many remember him for his excellent technique of striking the ball, as he has many collector's items of goals, including a FIFA Puskas Award-nominated goal froms.
Kekana also enjoyed a longevity of success, which saw him win an incredible eight league titles, a CAF Champions League, and a CAF Super Cup. Having hung up his boots in 2022, people have got to see the former defensive midfielder more often on television screens.
These tv appearances as well as more time spent on social media have shown fans a more human side of the retired star, compared to the previous perceptions of him while he was Downs captain.

He was recently spotted practicing some dance and asking for the help of Mafikizolo musician Theo Kgosinkwe. His moves left his former teammate Denis Onyango humourously underwhelmed, while his other two ex-colleague Reyaad Pieterse and Pavol Safranko were seemingly impressed.
