The incredibly flamboyant Royal AM owners have been spotted with their most expensive luxury car to date after they pulled up in a BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP, which is worth a reported R12 million. Here's a look!
The story
While expectations are always high when it comes to the lifestyles of the owner Shauwn Mkhize and club chairman Andile Mpisane, the family now seem to have exceeded all their existing standards when they showed up in a rare car that is exclusive to the financially elite.
The Brabus 800 is a 6x6 all-terrain luxury vehicle and it is based on the Mercedes Benz G-Wagon, which is also a powerhouse in the automotive industry. Boasting a powerful twin-turbo V8 engine and 22-inch all-terrain tires, the ride can accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds, per Brabus.com.

It is just as efficient off the road as it is on it, with engineers, technicians and designers said to have developed "a high-performance pickup with outstanding off-road capability, which they achieved with a newly designed special suspension with portal axles."
Mpisane couldn't resist flaunting the vehicle while it was parked next to his G-Glass. His mother, Mkhize was also seen attending an event with the Brabus on Saturday at Max's Lifestyle Village in Umlazi in KwaZulu-Natal. According to renowned lifestyle outlet Hypebeast, the truck costs in the region of $700 000 (around R12 million), which arguably makes it the most expensive car that has been spotted with the AM family.
This exceeds the value of their Bentley Continental GT, Rolls Royce Cullinan, and McLaren GT, among many of their fancy wheels.
