Patilizwe Mdoda, also known as Pat, is an astute local businessman and philanthropist.
He has held high-ranking positions at several prominent companies, such as South African Breweries – Beer Division, Edgars Consolidated Group (Edcon), and Kumba Resources Limited. In addition to being the founder of the Royale Energy Group, he currently serves as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman at Hulisani Ltd, an energy infrastructure investment company.
But success has not blinded the 66-year-old from looking out for the community he was raised in.
