The year started on a high note for him.

In the first month of the year, he released his Isibuko album.

Just as his supporters were enjoying that, he announced an album with Big Zulu which captured the hearts of many.

The Inkabi Zezwe duo originating from Bergville, KwaZulu Natal took many by storm with their Umbayimbayi song. For weeks, it topped the country’s music charts and had everyone dancing on their nationwide tour that kickstarted in Pretoria and wrapped up in Durban last month.

Sjava, born Jabulani Hadebe, has championed the true sounds of Zulu Afro Pop for years now and he continues winning at it.
