BAKHE Bhembe who is accused of murdering his mother will make a brief appearance in the Protea Magistrates Court in Soweto on Friday, 17 November.
The 39-year-old who is accused of hacking his 73-year-old mum Busisiwe Bhembe to death with an axe will appear for his bail hearing.
The bail hearing is scheduled following several court appearances for the same purpose.
According to the neighbours, the accused allegedly attacked his mother in the early hours of Monday, 22 May, during load shedding.

It's alleged that neighbours were woken up by the deceased’s last-born son who informed them that his brother had allegedly chopped his mother with an axe.
The Protea Glen community will make their way to court to support the family and to advocate for no bail for Bhembe.
They said he was a threat to the community and showed no signs of remorse. They believe that justice delayed is justice denied.
“My heart is in pain knowing that this man wants to apply for bail. Once he gets out, he will finish us all ‘abo mamgobhozi’. We fear him. We don't want to see him,” said resident Nelly Khumalo.
ActionSA member Ntlahla Dungayezi said: “We are sad that the case has been postponed for the third time. However, we are saying no bail!”
