GORDON Matwetwe Muningi (50) and Tebogo Rufus Thutlwa (48) are expected to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 9 April.
The two men are charged with 12 counts, including two counts of murder, four of robbery with aggravating circumstances, malicious damage to property, unlawful possession of firearm and ammunition, as well as defeating or obstructing the administration of justice.
They're accused of killing Soweto most loved doctor, Dr Michael Isabelle who was shot at his surgery in Dobsonville on 26 February 2024.
The incident occurred when three men arrived at the practice pretending to seek medical attention for their friend.
While inside the consultation room, the accused allegedly attacked the Dr and a shootout ensued, where one of the assailants was shot and is said to have later died.

They then allegedly fled the scene using a vehicle belonging to the receptionist.
During their last appearance, the accused were denied bail and the matter was postponed to Tuesday, 9 April for further investigations.
The accused were arrested by the Serious and Violent Crimes, Murder and Robbery unit of the South African Police Service (SAPS) on 21 March 2024.
The family spokesman Martin Phakathi had previously told Daily Sun that the matter was postponed for police to be able to gather more information.
He said the family commends the police and the NPA for the work they have done.
