THIS young woman loves children.
Sibongile Baloyi (34), the founder of Sibongile Cultural Group from New Eersterus in Hammanskraal, Tshwane started the group to bring young people together so they could stay away from drugs and crime.
She told Daily Sun that she is happy to play a vital role in her community and giving young people hope and joy.
"I'm happy and this is a gift and I'm doing it from the heart. I love children," she said.
Sibongile said her group caters for young people from the ages of five to 24 years old, adding that they often perform at kasi weddings and birthday parties.
She said as a mother, she ensures that the kids in her kasi grow properly.
"We're experiencing challenges of finance to help these young girls with sanitary towels and food," she said.

Sibongile said she sustains the centre by going around asking for donations.
Bukhosibakhe Msiza (22) said that the group started in 2019 to fight substance abuse and crime, adding that it also helps young people avoid teenage pregnancy.
He told Daily Sun that other young people in their area welcome to join the group.
"I'm happy that the community is supporting us, and this motivates us a lot," he said.
Bukhosibakhe said they specialise in singing and dancing in Tswana.
