PROMISE Lebepe (30) allegedly assaulted a 30-year-old female nurse at Relela Clinic outside Bolobedu, Limpopo on Friday, 21 April.
He appeared in the Kgapane Magistrates Court in Kgapane on Monday, 24 April and pleaded guilty.
Promise reportedly visited the clinic to get a sick note to produce to his employer and even though he did not consult, he bought medication at a chemist.
He allegedly stormed the consultation room where the nurse was busy assisting another patient and demanded to be helped immediately.
Limpopo Health MEC spokesman Thilivhali Muavha, said the nurse requested him to queue just like any other person.
"An altercation ensued, and he allegedly grabbed the nurse with her skirt and started assaulting her. He then attempted to throw a brick at her but was blocked by other patients. He then fled the scene," he said.

The nurse was taken to the Van Velden Hospital and is in a stable condition.
Lebepe was arrested and the court denied him bail. His case was postponed to Tuesday, 2 May.
Nurses gathered and picketed outside the court, demanding that he shouldn't be given bail. They were holding placards written: "No bail to nurse attackers, stop attacking nurses, stop the victimisation of nurses."
A nurse told Daily Sun that they welcomed the court's decision no to release him on bail.
"We hope that he will get the sentence he deserves that will also send a strong message to others to stop attacking nurses because we are also humans," the nurse said.
Health MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba said they are happy that the court denied the accused's bail.
"This is what we have been calling for, that no bail must be granted to the accused person," she said.
The incident comes a week after a 30-year-old nurse was ambushed, assaulted, raped and robbed while on her way to work at Madumane Clinic outside Tzaneen on Thursday, 13 April.
