POLICE have appealed for help to find a Duduza man wanted for questioning in connection with alleged assaults of women in the area.

Sergeant Harry Manaka said a local woman opened two cases of assault.

The woman told Daily Sun that the man was extremely possessive and wanted to control the women in his life.

“The suspect managed to flee from his home when he saw the cops, and he has been on the run since then,” he said, adding that two warrants of arrest had been issued.”

He said earlier this year, the suspect allegedly burnt a car belonging to his ex-girlfriend.

“Duduza police are serious about fighting gender-based violence,” he said.

Manaka said cops were keen to talk to Mandla “Spikiri” Nkosi about the cases.

Anyone who may know his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Paseka Mofokeng on 060 674 8542, or Detective Constable Mluleki on 082 828 6048.
