SOUTH Africa Drive in Cosmo City, north of Joburg is flooded.
This comes after heavy rains lashed through the kasi.
Motorists forced their way into the flooded muddy bridge and a delivery biker told Daily Sun said that he wasn't scared despite his motorbike struggling to make its way through the flooded bridge.
"Jah, it's not safe but I have no choice. I followed these cars because I didn't see how bad it was, but I have no choice," he said.
Another motorist driving a Toyota Bakkie said he wasn't familiar with the place, and he couldn't risk taking another route.
Speaking to two men who were returning back home from Cosmo Mall and passing through the bridge, they said they were scared.

Mlungisi Mothwa (29) said he was scared to pass by but there was no other way for him.
“We are scared but this is the only way to where we stay. When there are heavy rains it sometimes gets worse than this. It obviously affects school children if it rained at night. In the morning it's a strugglefor them to go to school,” Mlungisi said.
This is not the first time heavy rains wreaked havoc around Joburg.
This incident follows a recent occurrence where a woman was reportedly swept away by a flash flood on Witkoppen Road in Sunninghill on Friday, 12 January.
It's alleged that the woman was swept by the floods while driving past a bridge at Witkoppen Road.
Despite recovering the car a few kilometers from the initial incident, the woman remains missing.
While the Joburg EMS Aquatic team continues its search for the woman, EMS spokeswoman Xolile Khumalo said they continue to urge residents to be extra careful when driving in the rain.
"They must ensure that they don't drive through flooded roads, keep away from low lying areas and bridges, and stay safe," she said.
