He has been charged with kidnapping, murder, rape, violation of corpse and defeating the ends of justice.
Bokgabo’s father, Irvin Ndlovu, said the "stalling" and the pace at which this case was going was killing him.
"I don't want to wake up in a world where I'm told the docket is missing. I don't want wake up and be told there isn't enough evidence to prosecute him, just like they said with his rape case of a minor that led to him roaming the streets to then rape and kill my four-year-old daughter," said Irvin.
He said his little girl's joyful day at a park ended in blood, pain and suffering at the hands of a man.
"Some of the body parts that Ntokozo has taken are a fraction of the parts that made her whole. She was stronger more than I was, but it's strength she can no longer sustain because he took her life away," said Irvin.
He said he'd never forgive him.
