Temogo Motileni has been killed, leaving his mother devastated.

TEMOGO Motileni (23) was shot and killed in broad daylight, allegedly by his partner’s baby daddy.

The incident happened at Lakeside Estate in De Deur, south of Joburg, on Saturday, 24 December.

According to his mum (64), the 43-year-old married baby daddy had allegedly damaged her son’s furniture.

She said her son was dating a 34-year-old woman who lived not far from his house.

“She was also dating the married man she has a child with,” said the mum.

She said the baby daddy found out that his side chick was dating her son and got angry.

“On Friday, he met my son and the baby mama on the road and took her by force.”

She said he returned on Saturday, accompanied by two people.

“They found my son sitting with friends and the two had an argument. The man pulled out his gun and shot my son three times in the chest. He died instantly,” she said.

“I am angry at the man who killed my son as he leaves behind a one-month-old baby he has with another woman.”

One of his friends said they were drinking when a silver Mercedes-Benz Viano, with three people, parked at the gate.

“Two came out and my friend told us that one of the men is the baby daddy who broke his windows the previous night.”

Constable Tlaleng Moloi said cops arrested a man over the murder and were still looking for other suspects.

The suspect will appear in the Vereeniging Magistrates Court soon.
