ACTIONSA alleges that the money that was stolen from Phala Phala farm in Bela Bela, Limpopo, was not declared with South African Reserve Bank.
ActionSA, led by its national spokeswoman Lerato Ngobeni, picketed outside Bela Bela Magistrates Court where the case of three Phala Phala farm accused Imanuwela David (39), Froliana Joseph (30) and David Joseph (27) was heard on Friday, 23 February.
Ngobeni said they wanted to check the merit of the case.
"We're following the case in the public interest to make sure what's happening in the courtroom is something that will be fair and that the right perpetrators in this matter brought to book, including President Cyril Ramaphosa," Ngobeni said.

She said Ramaphosa has a case to answer and should be transparent, if there's no wrongdoing.
"He should stand in front of South African people, not just deny."
Ngobeni said ActionSA was not happy with the delay because everyone has a right to a speedy trial.
"Our issue is that we want the matter to reach its final conclusion and those who committed the crime must face the full might of the law."
Ngobeni said if Ramaphosa didn't have the money in his house, the suspects wouldn't have stolen it.
"Ramaphosa has a case to answer in relation to where the money came from. We know there's a certain amount one should keep in their possession," said Ngobeni.
She said they wanted to see accountability, particularly political accountability.
