THREE suspects, Imanuwela David (39), Froliana Joseph (30), and David Joseph (27), appeared at Bela Bela Magistrates Court on Friday, 23 February.
Their appearance is in connection with the ongoing Phala Phala farm case.
The three accused are facing charges of theft, conspiracy to commit housebreaking with intent to steal and theft, and an additional charge of money laundering to Imanuwela.
Limpopo NPA spokeswoman Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi said the state requested a postponement to finalise investigations.
"The Phala Phala matter has been postponed to 26 April 2024 for further investigations. The state requested a postponement to finalise outstanding investigations, which involve the assistance of third parties like cellphone records and video footage," she said.
Malabi-Dzhangi further said that the postponement of the matter is to finalise investigation involving other arrests from Namibia.
Koena Matlala Koena Matlala Attorneys said: "We don't have a problem with Imanuwela remaining in custody because it's our instruction that he remains in custody. There's no problem, and not in a hurry. We're waiting for whatever happens from the state's side."

Imanuwela was denied bail on 8 December 2023 in the interest of justice.
The state made a strong case against him that he would temper with witnesses.
The other co-accused, Froliana and David, on 10 November 2023 received their bails, which are R5 000 and R10 000, respectively.
The three suspects were arrested in connection with the theft and money laundering amounting to US$580 000, which was stolen at Phala Phala farm, which belongs to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The presiding Magistrate, Predeshnie Ponnan, postponed the case to 26 April for further investigations.
She said Imanuwela would remain in custody, and Froliana and David would remain on bail.
