Popular YouTube couple, whom everyone knows as Regodise, is here to help everyone in their 20s.

They have a new series called Lessons Learned In Our 20s.

The couple, whose real names are Regomoditswe “Rego” (29) and Modise “Dise” Khoele (29), spoke to SunBuzz about what inspired their series. Rego, who is a pilot, said: the series was inspired by her turning 29 years old. “Basically, it was about me turning 30 next year. We are both in our last year of our 20s.

“I was nervous about getting into my 30s, but I realised I had been through a lot and it would be nice to share what I learnt.

“I thought let’s give people in their 20s advice. We share the mistakes we made and what we’d do differently if we could go back again. We also share about our finances and we’ve partnered with Sanlam to chat about that aspect.”

Rego said: “Do your best to not get into too much debt. Don’t take it if you are doing for friends or to show off.our if you’ll do it for friends or clothing to show off. If you’ll do it, make sure it’s for an end goal and there’s a plan to pay it back. Don’t buy a brand new car if you can’t afford it. Invest and also budget. I would advise people to be wise and do research and read financial literature. Learn about finance, home loans, a bond, what goes in owning a house. Get yourself financially literate,” said Dise.

About their work, he said: They say they enjoy working with different brands. said they are currently working with different brands and are enjoying it. We are working with other brands like Telkom, Coca Cola, Shield South Africa and Short Left. We enjoy creating content that’s relevant to our lifestyle.”
