UYAJOLA 9/9 presenter and musician Jub Jub, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye, appeared in the Joburg Magistrates Court on Thursday, 27 July.
The 43-year-old from Soweto handed himself over to the police in Brixton on Thursday.
He faces charges of rape, attempted murder and assault.
Jub Jub was released on R10 000 bail and will appear in court again on 24 August.
During his court appearance, Jub Jub was ordered not to communicate with the victims or be in contact with them.
He was also ordered to leave his passport with the investigating officer within 24 hours.
If he fails to comply with these conditions, Jub Jub will find himself back in custody.
Terrence Ntsako Baloyi of Baloyi Ntsako Attorneys represented the musician during his first court appearance.
Gauteng National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokeswoman Phindi Mjonodwane told Daily Sun that Jub Jub is accused of three rapes, two attempted murders and an assault.

Mjonodwane said she didn't want to mention names yet, as they're still investigating.
She said the allegations date back to 2006.
"It is for four victims who accused him. This was prompted by him going to MacG's show."
Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo confirmed that Jub Jub handed himself over at the Brixton cop shop, adding that this was after a warrant of arrest was issued against him.
