THE Ndimande brothers who were arrested in Eswatini in connection with the murder of AKA and Tibz are going back to court today, Tuesday, 9 April for extradition.
The two brothers, Siyabonga Ndimande and Melusi Ndimande, appeared in the Manzini Magistrates Court in Eswatini on 20 March and the case was postponed as their legal team needed time to go through 254 extradition application papers brought by South Africa.
They face charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the case of Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane.
The two were arrested while allegedly hiding in Eswatini.

During their last appearance, principal crown counsel Macebo Nxumalo said Eswatini received the extradition papers on 18 March.
“The 254 pages of the whole document is marked exhibit G. Eswatini is taking this matter seriously and giving it the urgency it deserves.
Nxumalo said on 9 April they will say if the application is opposed or not.
Should the extradition be granted, the two suspects will come to Mzansi to join the five accused who are already applying for their bail at the Durban Magistrates Court where money laundering charges were added to them.
On Monday, 8 April, accused number four Mziwethemba Gwabeni who is the alleged mastermind asked the court that if indeed he received R800 000 from Mfundo Gcaba to kill AKA why Mfundo Gcaba is not arrested.
During their response to the investigating officer's affidavits, who opposed their bail application, the five have denied their involvement in the murder of AKA and Tibz.
