UKHOZI FM's business manager, Sbongi Ngcobo, and SABC Summer Song creator, Owen Ndlovu, are set to appear in the Randburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 20 February.
On 23 January, Ngcobo applied for an interim protection order against Owen at the Randburg Magistrates Court.
Then Ndlovu, who is a former sports commentator at the SABC was served with court papers.

Daily Sun previously reported in that the interim protection order papers it has seen, Ngcobo applied that Ndlovu must refrain from threatening, harassing, intimidating, or posting about her on social media.
“Not to make a false statement and/or not to post any messages, videos or anything on any social media platforms,” Ngcobo said in her application.
Ndlovu's accusations led Ngcobo to seek court protection.
These stem from 2022 allegations regarding the contentious Ukhozi FM Song of the Year competition.
Ndlovu claimed that Ngcobo stole the concept he pioneered in 2016 and financially benefited from it.
