GOSPEL legend Solly Moholo is back on the music scene with an amapiano single titled Ntate Ake SaSepela.
The star, whose real name is Solomon Molokoane, said it was the right time to re-establish contact with his fans after being off the radar for a long time.
Solly from Soshanguve, Tshwane, told Daily Sun he missed performing and his fans shouldn’t worry as he was planning to deliver a lot.
His last release was Palamente e Kgopela Merapelo in 2020.
He said the Covid-19 pandemic was a huge setback for him.
“It’s been a while since I was on stage. I’m now in a good state to shake things up with my new sound. With this amapiano song, I want to be closer to the young people in the country. It’s not just an amapiano song, it has a message for young people to do right things.
“I just want young people to have control over their lives.
“They must have a vision like their parents used to have,” he said.

The singer said he would also be helping the needy through his Solly Moholo Foundation.
“I will be raising funds to help people living disabilities and the needy. We will be travelling around the country and giving back to communities.”
The Moruti Nthapelele singer said he’d also be raising funds to help the Durban families affected by the floods.
Solly will be performing at the first annual Lephalale Gospel Music Festival in Limpopo on 6 August alongside Winnie Mashaba, Luyanda Ramatswi, Lebo Sekgobela and Omega.
Even organiser Khutso Chuene said they wanted to honour Solly while he was still alive.
“Many people want to see him at the event,” he said.
