SONGTRESS, Zoe Modiga has cancelled her Cape Town show.

The Umdali singer said the cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances. The show was set to be held at the Star Theatre on Saturday, 2 March.

Zoe released a statement announcing the news on her social media platforms.

“Greetings to our beloved music audience. It is with a heavy heart that we must regretfully announce the cancellation of the highly requested ‘Yellow The Novel Replayed’ show taking place in Cape Town at the Star Theatre that was rescheduled for Saturday, 2 March 2024,” the statement read.

They continued to say they tried to push for the event to happen, but they failed.

“In our commitment to giving you the best music experiences and memories, we have exhausted all possible ways to make the show possible, but due to unforeseen circumstances, as a last resort, we are unable to move forward with it.

“On behalf of Team BandaBanda Agency and Team Yelloewax, we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our patrons and appreciate your patience and understanding,” they said.

They promised to refund everyone who had already bought the tickets.

“Those who purchased tickets will be fully refunded. We look forward to being with you in the future,” they said.
