She had just finished performing when an unknown man approached her and thanked her for healing his soul.

She later took to Facebook and wrote: “As I was leaving after my last gig yesterday, this man was on duty and he said to me, ‘oh your music touched me so deeply in my soul’. This touched me and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It made me realise that I’m truly called for this, to heal people’s souls. That’s always been my job. I live to heal, to emphasise that love still exists. As far as I’m concerned, that’s the assignment I shall understand always.”

Her supporters took turns agreeing that her songs are inspiring.

Financial coach Zibu Masotobe Sibiya couldn’t agree more as she wrote: “Your song is the theme song of The Money Revolution Tour SA. I play it and ask everyone to buy the music and listen to your spirit talking.”

Wandie Makaya commented: “My sister, please don’t ever change your genre. I am so scared that one day you will convert to pianos, not that there’s something wrong with other genres but you’re more suited for Afro-soul. I cannot get over Amagama album. I listen to it from Intro to Outro. Enkosi Sisi. Keep blessing Us #IsandlaSikaMama.”

Simphiwe said: “We’re proud of you and keep on inspiring us with your music.”
