MASEFAKO Malatjie believes she was born to worship.
She started singing in church at the age of 12 and has saved many lives with her voice.
The 38-year-old gospel artist, who is from Tickyline Village in Limpopo, said her inspiration for singing comes from fellowship, sermons, and her overall journey as a worshipper in the house of the Lord.
“Growing up in a house with a gospel background where every Sunday's gospel music was the order of the day inspired me, and musicians like Benjamin Dube, Kholeka, Rebecca Malope, and Joyous Celebration made me fall even more in love with gospel music.”
Masefako said she worked with well-known music producer Xoli Thabethe in her previous work.

She said her latest offering is titled A Worship Heart, which she did with producer Lebo Morolo.
“With this project, I wanted to remind people that we were created to worship God and I'm calling them back to worship. With all the chaos happening in the world today, I realised we need to get back to a place of worshiping God as only God can save us.”
Masefako said a worshipper’s heart is a project mainly about promoting the Lord.
”This is an album that was released to remind the church to go back to the main reason why mankind was created, and that is to worship the Lord as stated in the book of Isaiah 43:7 reading, 'Everyone who is called by my name, whom I the Lord created for my glory, whom I formed and made'. We were were created to serve and worship the Lord,” she said.
She said her calling is the one thing that gives her no rest.
“It gives me no peace. I just can’t keep it to myself knowing that there are a lot of souls to be won out there. It pushes me to persevere even on days I don’t feel like doing so.”
