CHOREOGRAPHER and dancer, Matome "Limpopo Boy" Thoka, represented Mzansi well in Brussels City in Belgium on Wednesday, 12 July.
The 29-year-old dancer took the number one spot at the Brussels Dance Battle that was held in AB’s Main Hall, Belgium.
Limpopo Boy was competing in the hip-hop, house, krump, and ksara categories.
He told Daily Sun that he is happy that he has put Mzansi on the map.
The dancer, who hails from Botlokwa in Limpopo, said this win is a dream come true for him.
He said he has always wanted to take his talent to another level and he is glad he didn't fail to try.

"On 12 July, I won a gold trophy in a foreign country. This is very huge for me and I believed that everything is possible.
"From Botlokwa to the world. This means a lot to me as I started from the bottom," he said.
Limpopo Boy said he is still doing a tour in Europe teaching them about the South African dance culture.
"My next stop is Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden," he said.
The dancer said he just released a film called Dark Beauty, which is already showing at local cinemas and he will be releasing an EP soon.
"For those who want to support me can see me at Ster-Kinekor: Maponya Mall, Mall of the North including other malls in the country. I'm very happy with what I have achieved so far," he said.
